All items are checked before being dispatched . However, once received, if any item is not of satisfactory quality or unwanted, then please contact us via email. You must send back the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days and we will refund you for the item. The initial postage and packaging charge will not be refunded.
If any products are received damaged, please contact us with a added picture and we will refund the item and postage as long as it has not been worn and it is in its original state.
Refunds will not be issued on used on items.

We have a strict no refund policy on scarves/scarf caps which show signs of wear in the interest of hygiene . If you do need to try one, please do so with another scarf underneath.
